Issuing Authority & Working Hours
Permits are issued by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 0500 – 1400 UTC.
Processing Time, Platform & Fee
Processing takes from 2 up to 24 hours. Permits are obtained via the Landing Permit Processing Platform. Fee: 50,000 AMD. Receiving side details are mandatory.
Validity & Changes
- An issued permit is valid for 48 hours.
- Delay or change within 48 hours — the same permit number remains valid.
- Delay or change exceeding 48 hours — a new permit application is required.
- Schedule or route change with no passenger/crew change → permit can be updated without a new application.
